Oura Targets US$3 Billion IPO at More Than US$16 Billion Valuation
THE WHAT? Smart ring maker Oura and some of its existing investors are reportedly seeking to raise up to US$3 billion through a US initial public offering, which could value the health and wellness technology company at more than US$16 billion.

THE DETAILS Oura, which confidentially filed for an IPO in May, could list as early as September, with existing investors expected to sell a significant amount of stock as part of the offering. The company was valued at US$11 billion following an US$875 million Series E funding round in September 2025 and expects revenue to reach US$1.5 billion in 2026, triple the US$500 million generated in 2024. Oura had sold 5.5 million rings by September 2025 and is working with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Allen & Co. and Jefferies on the proposed listing.
THE WHY? A potential US$16 billion-plus valuation highlights growing investor interest in wearable health and wellness technology, as biometric tracking increasingly intersects with personalised health, beauty and longevity and attracts competition from major technology groups.
