Huo Moumou also had other violations of discipline and was expelled from the party and dismissed from office.

Typical case 3: China Plastic and Cosmetic Association illegally awarded licenses. China Plastic Surgery Association illegally awarded a certain place the title of "Capital of China's Medical Beauty and Anti-Aging Industry." Previously, the association had been ordered to rectify similar behaviors and still violated regulations. China Plastic and Cosmetic Association was ordered to revoke the titles awarded in violation of regulations; Zhang, Party branch secretary of the association, Zhao, part-time vice president, Li Moumou, part-time vice president, and Zhu Moumou, executive deputy secretary-general, had leadership responsibilities and were dismissed; Liu, the head of the branch, was directly responsible and was dismissed, and was included in the list of unfit to serve as the head of a national industry association and chamber of commerce.
