Suzhou City Daily Chemicals Industry Association was established on March 18, 2006. It is composed of Suzhou Light Industry Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Longliqi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Boke Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd., Meiaisi Cosmetics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Suzhou Baozi Health Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Langlifu Health Products Co., Ltd., Suzhou Shangmei International Cosmetics Co., Ltd., Beinong Biochemical (Suzhou Industrial Park) Co., Ltd., Suzhou Linglin Daily Chemical Co., Ltd. and other units jointly initiated the establishment.

In March 2006, the first president was Chen Zijing, then general manager of Suzhou Light Industry Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., and Wu Guoyan was the secretary-general; on September 23, 2011, a general election meeting was held to elect the second president. Xu Zhiwei, chairman of Jiangsu Longliqi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., served as the chairman, and Wu Guoyan was the secretary-general; The third general meeting was held in Longliqi on December 23, 2016, and elected Li Juntu, chairman of Suzhou Boke Enterprise Group, as president and Wu Guoyan as secretary-general; the fourth general meeting was held in Suzhou on November 19, 2021. Xu Jiancheng, chairman of Luye Technology Group, was elected as the fourth president and Wu Ping as the secretary-general.

This Association is a city-wide organization in the daily chemical industry in Suzhou City. Its main members are daily chemical production enterprises. It also absorbs relevant scientific research, trade, teaching, testing institutions, relevant industry organizations, etc. It is a voluntary, cross-departmental and cross-ownership industrial social organization. It is a non-profit social organization with legal personality that carries out activities in accordance with the Articles of Association to realize the common wishes of its members.

The Association adheres to the purpose of "abiding by laws and regulations, representing the industry, communicating with the government, safeguarding rights and self-discipline, serving enterprises, and promoting development."
