Ceresmall offers a 30-day no-reason return policy for worry-free shopping.

1. Eligibility

• Request submitted within 30 days of delivery;
• Item in original packaging with all accessories, unused and unopened;
• Free from human damage and resellable.

2. How to Return

1. Sign in → My Orders → locate the item → Request return;
2. Our support team reviews within 24 hours;
3. After approval, ship the item to the designated address (first return shipping is covered by Ceresmall);
4. Refund issued within 3-7 business days after warehouse inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened fragrance products (for hygiene reasons);
• Customised or limited-time promotional items (unless stated otherwise on the page);
• Gift items, accessories that are missing or damaged.

4. Refund Notes

Refunds are returned via your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
