Fábio Barbosa will reassume the role of Chairman. Ferreira leaves after a decade in which Natura tripled revenue, strengthened its leadership across Latin America and developed an omnichannel business spanning 2.8 million beauty consultants, more than 1,200 stores and over R$1.5 billion in digital sales in 2025. The transition follows a period of corporate simplification and operational restructuring designed to establish a stronger platform for future expansion.
