Presperse has appointed Jennifer Zientek as its president and chief operating officer, effective immediately.

Zientek joins from Syensqo, where she spent three years as regional market director for home and personal care/amines, leading the commercial strategy and performance of its North American Consumer Care business.

Prior to that, she was Presperse vice president for global account management, strategy and design, where she led the strategy and development of global key accounts.

In that role, she helped shape global account strategy across the broader Sumitomo cosmetics network, develop new business and innovation opportunities, and strengthen strategic customer partnerships.

“Her deep understanding of our customers and markets, combined with her commercial expertise, collaborative leadership style, and knowledge of Presperse, makes her exceptionally well positioned to help lead the company into its next phase of growth.”

As president and chief operating officer, Zientek will lead Presperse’s business and operations, advancing the company’s growth strategy while building upon its longstanding strengths in innovation, technical expertise, customer collaboration, and exceptional service.
