Byoma is aiming to “democratise” longevity beauty with a £25 serum that looks at the underlying biology of healthy skin and the multiple pathways that influence how it performs over time.

The Gen Z skin care brand’s new Longevit-8 Peptide Serum claims to enhance eight “key” markers of skin barrier health with its patented GHK-Cu Longevity Matrix, which blends copper peptides, niacinamide and vitamin E to support natural collagen production.

This is completed with a vegan Phyto-PDRN + NMN, a molecular precursor to NAD+, and the brand’s signature Tri-Ceramide Complex – which comprises ceramide NP, cholesterol and fatty acids – for barrier-boosting skin prejuvenation.

Marc Elrick, CEO and co-founder of Byoma, told Cosmetics Business that entering the longevity category was “a natural next chapter” and “a big moment”, taking the brand’s barrier-first education and applying it to the next frontier of skin health.

“Much of the longevity conversation is currently associated with highly technical treatments and premium price points, [but] Byoma was built to democratise clinically proven, science-backed skin care,” said Elrick.
